Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Outline key concepts and techniques in adult learning and development.
2.
Explain how these concepts and techniques can be used to manage the processes of strategic human resource development for competitive advantage.
3.
Explain, critically evaluate and wherever possible, propose potential solutions to organisation's HR development needs.
4.
Design & deliver training sessions based on learner needs and learning theories.
5.
Display competence in micro skills such as interviewing, active listening, facilitating discussions and the use of training technologies.
6.
Assess the effectiveness of HRM development strategies and training session from different levels and perspectives.
