Explain the impact of rapidly changing technologies and globalisation upon organisational entry processes.

Critically assess major issues impacting the recruitment and selection processes and design solutions for the challenges raised.

Assess the validity of advanced measurement techniques.
5.
Critically assess the contemporary literature on personnel selection techniques and predictors of job performance.
6.
Critically evaluate the literature in the context of different cultural practices and expectations.
