Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Explain key similarities and differences between theoretical perspectives on the employment relationship
2.
Demonstrate an understanding of the role of the key parties, the contexts within which and the processes through which they interact, with particular reference to the regulatory environment in Australia
3.
Identify and critically evaluate employee relations management problems and issues
4.
Propose, justify and communicate potential solutions to identified employee relations management problems and issues
