On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Identify leadership skills for creating a coherent and effective working environment in early childhood education and care settings
2.
Distinguish between the main forces which contribute to change in early childhood education and care services and develop appropriate strategies for change management in current and future contexts
3.
Evaluate the contribution of various entrepreneurial individuals and groups to the development of early childhood as an ethical field of study and practice
4.
Critically assess various theories and models of educational management in relation to early childhood education and care settings
5.
Demonstrate proficient communication for human resource management and recognise that continual learning, training and education leads to quality practice
