On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Demonstrate knowledge about regulatory responsibilities, legal constraints and quality systems to implement practical administration tasks applicable to Early Childhood Educational Management.

Identify relevant research and theoretical guidelines to link theory, research and practice for management and administration roles in early education settings.

Undertake research and develop resources to support effective management for changing environments, staffing schedule development, policy development, operational budgets and calculation of operational fees.
4.
Demonstrate awareness of leadership, management and teamwork skills.
