Discuss how nutrition supplements and substances that improve performance can be appropriately used in team and individual sports

Critique how nutrition can be utilised to improve recovery after training and competitions for individual and team sports

Apply evidence based dietary interventions to enhance the health and performance of both professional and non-professional athletes

Effectively communicate exercise nutrition knowledge and advice within scope of practice
7.
Discuss how sports nutrition guidelines can be used within healthy and sustainable dietary practices, while examining their implications on environmental sustainability
