Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Explain and critique the leadership theories introduced in the subject.
2.
Describe their own implicit leadership theory and the ways it influences their actions when wanting to be perceived as a leader.
3.
Apply socially constructed approaches to leadership to change the way that others perceive them as leaders.
4.
Perform more effectively as a leader by being better able to influence the perceptions of others.
