On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Identify and distinguish the range of human activities that constitute environmental crime
2.
Identify and describe the range of human activities and behaviours that produce environmental harm.
3.
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of the practical frameworks by which environmental crime is prevented and regulated.
4.
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of the theoretical frameworks through which environmental harm and crime is socially constructed.
5.
Analyse and apply knowledge of the principles of justice in the context of environmental harm and crime and develop a critical perspective on activism.
6.
Identify and evaluate responses to environmental harm and crime and develop a critical perspective on justice in the environmental context.
