Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Demonstrate a sound knowledge of key questions and concepts relating to the study of culture and society (assignment 3).
2.
Demonstrate an understanding of the critical vocabulary used in the study of culture and society (assignment 2 and 3).
3.
Demonstrate the skills required to research an issue in the study of culture and society and communicate it in writing and orally (assignment 1, 2 and 3).
4.
Demonstrate cognitive skills to critically review, analyse, consolidate and synthesize knowledge in the study of culture and society and communicate it to others (assignment 1 and 2).
5.
Demonstrate reflective skills in thinking about and applying knowledge of the study of culture and society (assignment 3).
