Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Critically analyse research and practice in selected issues in research in educational leadership
2.
Solve complex problems in the education field using advanced knowledge, critical thinking and research skills
3.
Construct written reports that interpret and transmit educational knowledge, pedagogical and professional skills and ideas to a range of audiences
4.
Conduct independent research involving higher order conceptualisation, new ideas and personal initiative
